this has been bugging me for a wile, what is all needed to make something "Game Ready"?

most of the freelance work i do for different companys pay me according to what all is complete 90% of the time all i do is just the modeling give or take 1-2 simple texturing. is there something major i need to do to make something game ready?

any little thing helps Razz
i haven't been able to find out to much on my own

Is this for turbosquid's "game ready" ?
