j/w how your project has been managed:

-Did you write anything GDD, TDD to start with?
-Do you just free-code and code away or do you have daily tasks?
-Typical hours a day you code?

1)No not at the start, I had to create one when other people [ publisher ] started working on the project & needed to know what it's all about. I just kept it all in meh head Surprised

2)I have a set of tasks and I go after each one depending on what I feel like each day.

3)Sometimes 0 hours per day, sometimes 18 hours per-day...I'm trying to find that happy medium...it's getting harder and harder to put in hours like I used to, just working by myself.

He replied, "I just kind of optimized for game play."

it's not good to code like 24/7, your head going to blow up....it's always good to have spare time, if you don't use your spare time this game will never end, and you'll end up in a madhouse.
