Allies vs Axis is a World War II-based game which uses a modifyed Combat-Forces engine. Additional features have been added to the engine and it is coninuesly being worked on. Some new features of the updated engine include; weather effects, greatly improved artifical intellegence, better graphics and real-time lighting.

The game consists of two teams; Allies and Axis. Each team can choose various player classes, all of which have special skills and indvidual weapons, based on those used in the second World War. Players find themselves against an AI controlled squad, with tanks, halftracks, and planes among other vehicles.

Combat-Forces is a 3D wargame. Combat-Forces uses DirectX 8, and is currently on version 0.55. The player can control one of hundreds of units in a giant battle, Combat-Forces features land, air, and sea vehicles, all of which can be controlled by the player at any time. Any unit not controlled by the player, will be controlled by advanced artificial intelligence. The maps are randomly generated so the game will always be fresh.

The game will be played from a first person perspective when you are in control of infantry, but will switch to an outside view when the player controls a vehicle. There are two teams in Combat-Forces, the Brown team, and the Green team (creative eh?). There are a variaty of gameplay scenerios, including a 'Pure-Combat' mode, where there is no set objective, just a giant never ending battle :).
